No! is not the famous film by the Wachowski brothers , but it is Multistate Anti-Terrorism Information eXchange , a program of the U.S. activated after Sept. 11 that resembles that used by the System Strategic Datacorp book Jeffery Deaver. the net I found this great post that explains what MATRIX and how it was born.
As in the book by Jeffery Deaver MATRIX is officially dead, but its technologies and its data do not. Stay tuned.
